“The project looks great, and was completed right on schedule; the credit must go to your on-site staff and selection of subcontractors. Your staff ran an efficient and sophisticated site. Their use of email allowed the entire project team to communicate quickly and clearly, avoiding the confusion and mistakes that telephone calls often promote. Our contract had a number of allowances in it. Your staff produced over 110 work orders that provided documentation, description, and pricing of options for us to choose. This diligence allowed me to manage our bottom line on the fly, ultimately allowing us to maximize the value of our limited resources.
However, Empire’s greatest accomplishments are not simply time and money. The extra effort put forth by your staff is what made this job a total success. Ben Tullis, Trac Kusley, Larry Hixson and Dennis Easter always acted in the best interest of the project and deserve individual recognition. One example, after the front gate entry system was COed, and accepted by management, a vehicle rammed the gate, nearly destroying the control mechanism. Although Empire had satisfied their contract obligation, Dennis Easter chased down the vehicle and confronted the driver regarding the damage. Dennis went as far as getting the insurance information of the driver and providing it to management. The result is the gate is being fixed by the driver’s insurance company, directly saving the owner money. This sort of effort was a daily occurrence by all of your staff.
I want to applaud your staff for the results, but more importantly, the method in generating the results of our contract. I look forward to working together on the next rehab project that our firm undertakes, because the service of Empire Construction is unmatched.”
